Job summary

Progression Search is seeking a Senior L3 Network Engineer to lead design, provisioning, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure for a global technology services client in Singapore. The role emphasizes modern, code-centric network operations and automation through IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex incidents, architect scalable network fabrics, and drive proactive performance monitoring while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• CCNA is a mandatory requirement; CCNP (Enterprise, Routing & Switching) or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Experience with firewalls and security edge technologies including Fortinet, Check Point, and Palo Alto PCNSE is desirable.
• Hands-on with network automation and IaC tooling (Ansible, Terraform) is essential.
• Proven ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant network architectures for multi-client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level design, provisioning, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across multi-client environments.
• Champion a code-centric approach and automate network deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
• Serve as L3 escalation point for complex incidents and performance issues.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and produce triage documentation to improve first-line troubleshooting.
