Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related.
- 5–8+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco UCS.
- Experience with NetApp storage and backup solutions (NetBackup or Veeam).
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 technical support for complex infrastructure incidents escalated from L1/L2 teams.
- Troubleshoot complex server, virtualisation, storage, backup, and compute issues.
- Lead RCA and permanent corrective actions.
- Provide mentoring to L1/L2 engineers.
- Support VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp storage, NetBackup and Veeam environments and upgrades.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and DR exercises.
- Coordinate patching and upgrade activities per Change Management.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA.
