Job summary

SG Enviro PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales & Key Accounts Manager to grow our industrial water and wastewater business across Singapore and the region. You will manage key customers, develop new accounts and present technically sound commercial solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of B2B industrial sales or key account management experience, with proven ability to manage long cycles and travel regionally. Engineering or environmental background preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to develop relationships with both technical and commercial decision-makers.
• Willing to travel within the region when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing key customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with customer representatives across engineering, facilities, utilities, maintenance, EHS, procurement and management teams.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for SG Enviro.
• Develop opportunities within key industries that SG Enviro is developing.
• Build relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, facility management companies and other industry partners.
• Work with the engineering team to develop suitable technical solutions and proposals.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders and opportunities through to contract award.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Identify upcoming industrial projects, plant expansions and market opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events.
