Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Hands-on with Spark, Flink, Storm, HBase and Elasticsearch.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+).
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiar with Kafka, IBM MQ and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or similar).
• Proficient with Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git/GitLab, JUnit and Cucumber.
• Awareness of DevOps, CI/CD, Release Management and Production Support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Build robust APIs and microservices using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Tech Leads, and teams.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Apply Agile, TDD, and BDD methodologies for quality code.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and production issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
