OCBC Group Wealth is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer (Java, ReactJS) in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering scalable wealth/trading platforms with microservices and cloud-native practices.

You will own end-to-end development from requirements to production support, partnering with product owners and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of enterprise software experience, strong Java/Spring and React skills, and a track record with Agile delivery in a financial

Qualificações

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering in enterprise Java/J2EE.
• Proven experience with Agile delivery and full SDLC.
• Strong experience building/deploying microservices using Spring ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs including JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, XML.
• Hands-on frontend with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with containerisation/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with messaging/event-driven systems (MQ, Kafka).
• Familiar with engineering/DevOps toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Liquibase).
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Owners, business users, and SMEs to shape scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop microservices using Java technologies (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch).
• Build and enhance responsive frontend applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers, QA, BAs, Scrum Masters, and POs.
• Deliver enhancements across wealth/trading workflows in a microservices architecture.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and provide production support for critical apps.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD to improve quality.
• Contribute to engineering standards through code reviews and best practices.
• Proactively improve system performance, reliability and developer productivity.
