OCBC Bank is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, ReactJS) for Group Wealth. You will build and support backend services and frontend applications powering wealth and trading capabilities.

You will own the full development lifecycle from requirements and design to implementation, deployment, and production support. A 10+ year track record in enterprise Java and strong React experience is expected.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering in enterprise Java/J2EE applications.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery and full SDLC execution.
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying microservices with Spring ecosystem technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and related standards (JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, XML).
• Hands-on frontend experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with React workflows/state management (e.g., Redux).
• Experience with containerisation/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with messaging/event-driven systems (MQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with engineering and DevOps toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Liquibase).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Owners, business users, and SMEs to shape requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop microservices using Java technologies (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch).
• Build and enhance responsive, high-usable frontend applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, software engineers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
• Deliver enhancements across wealth/trading application workflows in a microservices architecture.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and provide production support for business-critical applications.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices to improve software quality and release efficiency.
• Contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews, standards adoption, and occasional pair programming.
• Proactively improve system performance, reliability, maintainability, and developer productivity.
