Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise Java.
• Hands-on with Java 8/11/17/21, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience leading distributed teams and Agile environments.
• Strong API security and cloud-native design experience.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of enterprise Java applications, microservices, and APIs.
• Design and modernize scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Drive migration of legacy systems toward decoupled architectures.
• Design distributed, event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS.
• Build secure APIs with OAuth2, JWT, OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Lead design reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Develop and enforce CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices.
• Mentor engineers and lead globally distributed teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions.
