Reolink is seeking a Project Manager (Java Programming) to lead software initiatives across the stack. You will guide technical projects from inception to completion, mentor 2-5 engineers, and ensure code quality through reviews.

You will own design, development, and performance optimization of core components, while solving high-concurrency challenges and contributing to scalable system architecture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience (Java).
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a group of software engineers.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: OS, networks, data structures, algorithms.
• Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure; familiar with distributed frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of MySQL: schema design, SQL optimization, scaling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical projects from inception to completion, aligned with business goals.
• Mentor 2-5 developers, guiding their growth and performance.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and promote best practices.
• Own design, development, refactoring, and performance optimization of core components.
• Research and implement scalable solutions for high-concurrency scenarios and system reliability.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle with cross-team collaboration.
