Job summary

Reolink is hiring a Software Engineer / Java Developer to design, implement, and optimize backend services in a Java/Spring environment. You will work on core components, focus on high performance and scalable architectures, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver reliable security solutions.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of Java development experience, strong CS fundamentals, and hands-on experience with Spring frameworks, Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in software development (Java) is preferable.
• Strong understanding of CS fundamentals (OS, networks, data structures, algorithms).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design, development, refactoring, and performance optimization of core system components.
• Research, design, and implement innovative solutions for high-concurrency scenarios.
• Contribute to system architecture focusing on scalability, availability and fault tolerance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams and share knowledge to raise technical capabilities.
