Job summary

Peoplebank Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Code Designer and Java Full Stack Developer to support a data quality monitoring platform within a Capital Markets IT environment. This role emphasizes cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Java, Spring, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL, shell scripting.
Experienced with DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, etc.)
Familiar with capital markets and financial product workflows
Knowledge in BI tools, monitoring, or automation
Prior experience in Market Risk or Front Office IT systems

Responsibilities

Design and implement full stack solutions using Java, Spring, AngularJS/ReactJS.
Integrate messaging systems (Kafka, JMS) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and write efficient, testable code.
Follow TDD/BDD practices, support production systems, and collaborate across teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and system documentation.
