Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Multithreading, Concurrency, and Performance Optimization.
• Proven background working in Trading, Front Office, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking environments.
• Experience building and supporting low-latency, high-performance trading applications.
• Good knowledge of FIX Protocol, market connectivity, order management, and trade lifecycle.
