Qualifications

• Experience in front-office environments with business stakeholders.
• 8+ years in a similar role or domain.
• Strong understanding of real-time trading platforms and domain.
• Advanced Java development expertise.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, drive deliveries, and stay hands-on in designing high-quality solutions for latency-sensitive trading algorithms.
• Design, develop, and support front-office trading applications with business users.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Apply software engineering practices to ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with global development teams to enhance quoting applications.
• Build observability into applications and monitor production health.
• Support incident resolution and root-cause remediation for risks and issues.
• Share technical knowledge across the team.
• Lead or mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering practices.
