Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking a talented Back-End Developer in Singapore to advance backend eTrading modules for our in-house FX e-commerce platform. You will collaborate with front-end developers and business stakeholders to deliver high-performance, scalable APIs and services, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and reliable deployments in a financial tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in modern Java and testing frameworks (JUnit).
Familiarity with agent-based coding assistant tools is a plus.
Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and SQL databases.
DevOps tools and CI/CD experience (Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Veracode, Artifactory).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Core JAVA, SpringBoot, RESTful and streaming based API servers.
Collaborate with other back-end developers to implement client-server API interactions and participate in peer code/design reviews.
Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate requirements into functional features.
Handle deployments, releases, and operational tasks with emphasis on automation and CI/CD.
