Job summary

VISEO ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Back-End Developer to join our application development team.

This hands-on role focuses on building and enhancing backend eTrading modules for our in-house FX e-commerce platform, collaborating with frontend and business stakeholders. You will work on high-performance backend services, participate in code reviews, deployments, and automation to improve build and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Proficiency in Java and modern testing frameworks (JUnit).
• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence; DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Core JAVA, SpringBoot, RESTful and streaming based API servers.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to implement seamless client-server API interactions on the Web UI.
• Translate requirements with Business Analysts and Project Managers into features.
• Handle deployments, releases, and other operational tasks with automation and CI/CD improvements.
