Job summary

WOTRANSFER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a backend developer to join our digital currency platform.

You will work on integrating currency and payout channels, and contribute to backend services for PandaRemit and StarryBlu. The role emphasizes building robust RESTful interfaces, distributed systems, and API enhancements for NEXTPLS, with a focus on performance and scalable architecture. A strong Java background and familiarity with Spring ecosystems are required, plus knowledge of databases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of development experience; proficient in Java and core technologies including JVM, multithreading, IO and collection frameworks; familiar with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and MyBatis.
• Familiar with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB), with experience in database performance optimization.
• Familiar with protocols such as TCP/IP and Socket, RESTful interfaces; understand distributed systems, Redis, MQ messaging and other components.
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for technical research and innovation.
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency or stablecoin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the integration of digital currency channels and payout channels；
• Undertake the development of the company's digital currency business services, focusing on the backend development of PandaRemit and StarryBlu, as well as the design and development of independent management systems related to digitalcurrency；
• Undertake the optimization of NEXTPLS business API interfaces, updates to the operation management system, and development of merchant portals for the company's payout business.
