Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an experienced Java Backend / Full-Stack Developer to build and integrate enterprise banking applications. You will develop interfaces for host integrations, including online and batch processing, and collaborate with architects and analysts to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires strong Java and Spring Boot skills, API development, microservices, and deep experience with banking or financial services integration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong Spring Boot / Spring Framework experience.
• Backend or Full-Stack development experience.
• API and interface development experience.
• Host/system integration – online and batch.
• REST APIs / Microservices.
• SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Enterprise application integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop APIs and interfaces for integration with banking host systems.
• Build and support online and batch integrations between applications and bank systems.
• Integrate with platforms such as CBS, SIBS, WebFITAS or similar core/enterprise banking systems.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices and system-to-system interfaces.
• Work with databases, messaging and integration frameworks.
• Troubleshoot integration and production issues across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and other engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions meet banking standards for security, reliability and performance.
