Straive (formerly SPi Global) is seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to join the Central Region of Singapore on a full-time basis. This strategic leadership role will drive design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable Java solutions across the organisation.

You will mentor engineers, set technical standards, collaborate with product and infra teams, and lead code reviews to ensure quality.

Formación

• 10–12 years of professional software development experience in Java.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks including Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience is a strong plus.
• Proven leadership with mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of patterns, SOLID principles, and architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containers, plus CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and design enterprise-scale Java applications with standards.
• Lead development of complex software solutions ensuring quality and scalability.
• Mentor and coach senior engineers across teams.
• Collaborate with product, business and infra teams to translate requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to improve reliability.
