Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional in Singapore to maintain and manage computing environments, perform DR testing, and implement security controls. The role emphasizes collaboration with vendors and internal users to ensure reliable systems and documented architectures.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, plus familiarity with audits, are valued.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years on Hyper-V/Windows Server/Linux.
• Familiar with HCI (Nutanix) or blade technology.
• System security.
• Ability to create accurate system architecture diagram and documentation for design and planning interfaces with various communication systems.
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer computing environments (systems and applications).
• Perform disaster recovery and data backup tests.
• Implement security measures and protect data, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate hardware replacements with vendors.
• Configure and test systems; monitor performance.
• Prepare system architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Ensure access controls per policies and SOPs.
• Attend audit meetings and document work.
• Vendor management and partner coordination.
