Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Singapore seeks an IT Business Engagement Lead/Manager to bridge IT and business, ensuring technology supports daily operations and strategic goals.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and global teams, translate complex needs into clear requirements, manage the IT demand pipeline, and drive value through prioritized initiatives and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 12+ years in IT business partnering or strategic IT roles in global organisations.
• 3+ years supporting Finance technology.
• Experience leading complex IT portfolios and multiple initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, automation, analytics, and AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and business stakeholders across Finance and procurement.
• Identify, prioritise, and shape IT initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and manage IT demand pipeline.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve process, data, and system gaps; manage risks.
• Define solutions, scope effort, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead business UAT and coordinate feedback and fixes.
• Guide adoption of global solutions and drive post-implementation review.
