Job summary
UIC ASIAN COMPUTER SERVICES PTE LTD is a technology service provider delivering IT support, network troubleshooting, and system installation for enterprise environments. The role focuses on servicing customers under software maintenance contracts, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring stable network and system operations.
The candidate will diagnose Windows/Linux environments, install and migrate operating systems, and configure servers, routers, and firewalls to maintain business continuity
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or professional IT certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CNE.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Windows or Unix/Linux networking environments.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and maintenance services to customers under software maintenance contracts, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network-related problems within MS Windows and Office 365 environments to maintain network stability.
- Install and migrate operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Citrix to support business continuity.
- Configure and deploy servers, Cisco routers, and firewalls such as Cisco PIX, Checkpoint, and Watchguard to secure and optimize network infrastructure.
- Set up and maintain MS Windows environments to ensure reliable system operations.
