Job summary

NCS is a leading AI Tech Services company in Asia Pacific seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (SMO - System) to oversee IT governance for a key client. You will lead service, configuration, security, and QA management across a system family, ensuring SLA/KPI achievement and compliance.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with infrastructure planning, data centre operations, and cross-functional delivery in vendor or user environments.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in Information Technology with infrastructure planning and system management.
• Hands-on server administration and virtualization across VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix.
• Strong governance, security, and compliance leadership with ISO knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Management for a system family including SLA/KPI reporting.
• Lead IT Configuration Management, ensuring asset accuracy and obsolescence review.
• Coordinate IT Security Management and security vulnerability remediation.
• Drive IT Security Compliance & QA Management with audit readiness.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal governance forums.
