Job summary

Michael Page International is partnering with a world-class logistics services organisation. The role leads product ownership across the SD portfolio, mentors PO Leads, and ensures delivery excellence from backlog to sign-off.

You will oversee end-to-end application support, drive system stability, and govern ITSM, SLA, and compliance, while building a high-performing IT team across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT application support, service delivery, or product management in large enterprises.
• At least 5 years leading multiple teams including offshore and vendor-led groups.
• Proven ability to scale Agile delivery across teams using Scrum of Scrums/SAFe.
• Experience with enterprise applications; logistics, ERP or shipping domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Ownership & Portfolio Management across the SD product portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, incident and change management.
• Drive Agile governance, sprint cadence, release planning and metrics.
• Ensure ITSM, SLA compliance, audit readiness and regulatory alignment.
• Develop senior IT partnerships and drive continuous improvement through automation.
