Job summary

Eames Consulting Group partners with a leading financial institution in Singapore to recruit an IT Risk & Incident Manager who sits at the crossroads of technology risk governance and major incident response.

You will lead live incident bridges, communicate with senior stakeholders and regulators, and drive governance across policy reviews, root-cause analysis and remediation projects within the APAC banking landscape.

Qualifications

• Banking experience essential with understanding of risk and control environment.
• Experience in technology risk management and major incident management.
• Familiarity with incident, problem and change management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technology risk governance across the technology function.
• Lead major/critical technology incidents, owning command and communications.
• Balance recovery urgency with risk, cyber security and data integrity.
• Translate incidents into business-impact updates for senior management.
• Support regulator-facing colleagues with incident reporting to MAS and APAC regulators.
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and track corrective actions to closure.
• Identify recurring incidents and escalate through governance channels.
• Monitor third-party performance during incidents against SLAs and resilience obligations.
• Lead risk, resilience and remediation projects end-to-end.
