Job summary

optimum solutions (singapore) pte ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary ICT initiatives in Singapore. You will coordinate external vendors, service providers, application and infrastructure teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will develop plans, manage scope, budgets, timelines and resources, perform regular status reporting, and ensure alignment with business requirements, quality standards, and IT governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management with scope, budgets and schedules ownership.
• Experience in at least two full project life cycles, from planning to delivery.
• Degree in IT/CS preferred.
• Vendor/contract management experience and ensuring compliance.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
• SG Government IT environment experience or familiarity is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organisational and people-management skills.
• PMP or ITIL certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT projects and vendors to ensure timely delivery within budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage scope, budgets, timelines and resources.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards and budgets.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, UAT, training, implementation and post-implementation support.
• Review deliverables including specifications, test plans and user guides.
• Plan UAT with business users and resolve issues before go-live.
• Assess and manage enhancement requests and resource impact.
• Monitor SLAs for delivery, support and incident resolution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure IT governance, security policies and development processes.
• Manage vendor performance and contractual obligations.
