Job summary

You will oversee 50+ resources across multiple vendors, ensuring end-to-end delivery from planning to production rollout. • Hands-on end-to-end delivery experience from requirements through production rollout.
• Experience managing 50+ technical resources / multi-vendor teams.
• PMO governance covering RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and project controls.
• Experience managing project financials including forecast, burn rate, invoicing and reporting.
• Vendor and commercial management including SOW, SLA, contract management and procurement.
• Understanding of Banking IT security, risk, regulatory compliance and audits.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery and Jira/Kanban governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to deployment and production rollout.
• Manage budgets, forecast burn rate and financial reporting for multi-year programmes.
• Coordinate 50+ technical resources across multiple vendors and workstreams.
• Establish PMO governance including RAID, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, SOWs, SLAs and procurement activities.
• Present status, risks and performance to senior management and CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.

Job description

10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with significant experience in Banking / Financial Services technology projects.

Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects/programmes with budgets of USD 10 to 20M+ and multiple technology workstreams.

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end project delivery covering requirements, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, development, SIT, UAT, deployment and production rollout.

Experience managing 50+ technical resources / multi-vendor teams, including demand-supply planning, capacity management and resource forecasting.

Strong PMO governance experience covering RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, project controls, audit and compliance.

Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including budget forecasting, burn rate, cost optimisation, variance analysis, invoicing and financial reporting.

Proven experience in vendor and commercial management, including SOW, SLA, contract management, vendor negotiations and procurement.

Strong understanding of Banking IT security, risk management, regulatory compliance and internal/external technology audits.

Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall delivery, including Jira/Kanban, sprint governance, project planning and delivery tracking.

Experience presenting project status, financials, risks and delivery performance to Senior Management, Steering Committees, CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and QBR forums.

Strong experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint/Confluence and enterprise project/financial management tools such as Clarity or equivalent.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent and demonstrable experience managing complex technology projects.
