Job summary

Allied World is seeking a Senior Specialist Analyst in Singapore to drive business requirements, analyze processes, and design user-centered IT solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in CIS, 5+ years BA experience in Insurance, and strong Waterfall/Agile SDLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including leadership in BA.
• 5+ years of Insurance industry experience.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation across multiple departments.
• Develop user-centered solutions and validate with stakeholders.
• Create backlogs, data mapping, wireframes and UAT plans.
• Mentor other Senior Specialist Analysts and foster knowledge sharing.
