Job summary

MILLENNIA TECH SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Information Technology Support Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation initiatives in Singapore.

You will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations while aligning IT support with business needs. The role requires 15–20 years of IT experience in a leadership position, strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, and a proven track record in cybersecurity and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 15–20 years IT experience, with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, data protection and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking and IT service management.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects, vendors and support operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, servers and IT operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures and improvement plans.
• Oversee IT technical support, troubleshooting, system maintenance and incident management.
• Manage cybersecurity, data protection, network security, backup and disaster recovery arrangements.
• Lead IT projects, including system implementation, software upgrades, hardware deployment and digitalisation initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licences, IT budgets and procurement.
• Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to management and employees on IT matters.
• Lead, supervise and develop the IT support team.
