Job summary

Fleet Management Limited seeks an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to own complex incidents end to end and drive improvements across IT Operations. You will work with local and cloud-based systems, manage vendors, and mentor colleagues globally.

The role emphasizes proactive problem management, device management, and project work to introduce new tools and better workflows for a fast-paced maritime business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• 5+ years in Level 1/Level 2 IT support roles.
• Proven data-backed evidence in Problem Management and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to manage small projects end-to-end without heavy supervision.
• Experience with IT asset management and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own complex incidents and requests end to end, identify root causes.
• Lead improvements across IT Operations and vendor relationships.
• Support IT infrastructure including local and cloud systems in line with policy.
• Obtain quotations and manage purchasing for IT equipment and licenses.
• Mentor colleagues and run training sessions across Fleet.
