Job summary

Nippon Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to design, implement, and manage the company’s data protection, backup, and email archiving across HQ and field sites. You will oversee DR/BCP testing, multi-site networking, and security governance for a growing construction portfolio.

You will lead a small team, drive IT projects for new sites, coordinate with telcos and hardware vendors, and ensure reliable, secure IT services across all sites.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience: 5–7+ years in IT infrastructure, networking, and server administration.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Technical: Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V.
• Backup: Enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Acronis, Synology Active Backup, Datto.

Responsibilities

• Data Protection, Backup & Email Archiving: design, implement, and maintain automated backups.
• Disaster Recovery: develop and test DR and BC plans including RPO/RTO.
• Construction Infrastructure & Multi-Site Networking: manage Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, M365, virtualization.
• Site networking: manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and site routers.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: oversee EDR, vulnerability management, access controls, audits.
• Leadership & Project Delivery: mentor IT staff, plan site deployments, liaise with vendors.
