Ministry of Defence of Singapore, through MINDEF/SAF, seeks an experienced leader to oversee a team delivering the OSIT infrastructure portfolio that sustains current and future IT operations. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to implement projects, establish policies, ensure alignment with security and enterprise architectures, and manage schedules and budgets.

10+ years in relevant field, with at least 5 years in project management and/or IT infra and services delivery.
Strong knowledge of system management and IT governance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Oversee a team delivering the OSIT infrastructure projects portfolio.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement OSIT projects and plans.
Establish project policies, guidelines, and specifications; ensure security and OSIT policy compliance.
Ensure projects align with enterprise architectures and regulatory requirements.
Support master planning and execution of the OSIT Multi-Year Business Plan (MYBP).
Ensure smooth handover of rolled out projects for operations.
