Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer in Singapore to design, implement, and continually improve our bank's IT infrastructure in a highly regulated environment. The role covers cloud and on‑prem IT, disaster recovery, and AI‑driven infrastructure innovation.

You will own the end-to-end IT stack, including security, data centres, and vendor management, while ensuring reliability and compliance across projects in Singapore and China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure management, ideally in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alicloud) with relevant certification; familiarity with DevSecOps and IaC.
• Network certification (e.g., CCNA) and experience with data centre management and networking technologies.
• Proven experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Strong vendor management and service quality assurance background.
• Experience in IT Service Management and incident handling.
• Excellent architecture design, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with stakeholders in Singapore and China.

We're looking for an Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve our bank's IT infrastructure. You'll bring hands-on cloud and networking expertise to a highly regulated digital banking environment, owning everything from disaster recovery to AI-driven infrastructure innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Implement Infrastructure - Collaborate with stakeholders to architect a scalable, secure, and compliant IT infrastructure stack
• Manage Cloud & On-Premise Systems - Own infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments, including selection, deployment, and optimization of solutions
• Oversee IT Assets & Data Centres - Manage the full asset lifecycle: vendor selection, procurement, installation, maintenance, and tech refresh of hardware, networking, and security equipment
• Ensure Reliability - Maintain monitoring and alerting systems to guarantee scalability, reliability, and security
• Lead Disaster Recovery Planning - Develop and implement DR and business continuity plans for fast recovery from disruptions
• Manage Vendors - Conduct due diligence and manage service quality across vendors, cloud providers, and data centres
• Plan for Capacity - Monitor performance and capacity, proactively identifying bottlenecks and planning for growth
• Oversee Patch Management - Ensure timely patching per SLA, with thorough pre/post deployment testing
• Drive Security & Compliance - Partner with the security team on access controls, vulnerability management, and audit readiness
• Lead Incident Resolution - Coordinate incident and problem management, minimizing downtime, and lead post-mortem reporting
• Champion Continuous Improvement - Identify automation opportunities, leverage AIOps, and support AI infrastructure solutioning; conduct regular architecture reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure management, ideally in banking or financial services
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alicloud) with relevant certification; familiarity with DevSecOps and infrastructure-as-code
• Network certification (e.g., CCNA) and experience with hardware, data centre management, and networking technologies (routers, firewalls, switches)
• Proven experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Strong vendor management and service quality assurance background
• Experience in IT Service Management and incident handling

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities across departments in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with stakeholders across Singapore and China
• Fintech background is a strong plus
