Job summary

DZH International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior IT Network & Infrastructure System Engineer to own mission-critical infrastructure, design resilient networks, and support high-performance systems behind award-winning fintech trading platforms across Asia.

You will lead infrastructure operations, drive monitoring improvements, and manage data centre projects while liaising with customers and providing hands-on support as required. This role demands ownership and strong technical execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Network Engineering.
• Hands-on with RHEL, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Hypervisor and Containerization.
• Strong network design and setup: VLAN, IPSec VPN, SD-WAN, OSPF, BGP.
• Experience in data centre relocation, migration or consolidation projects.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
• Willing to provide call/on-site/after-hours support when required.

Responsibilities

• Support business continuity; occasional after-hours/weekend work as required.
• Contribute to other infrastructure and operational tasks as needed.

Join us as a Senior IT Network & Infrastructure System Engineer and play a key role in supporting the enterprise IT environment behind our award-winning trading systems used by leading brokerages and banks across Asia. We’re looking for a hands‑on engineer who can lead infrastructure operations, drive continuous improvements, support customers, and deliver complex network and data centre initiatives in a fast‑paced production environment.

What You’ll Own & Ace

1. Keep systems healthy – own daily application and system health checks to ensure stability, uptime, and operational reliability

2. Improve monitoring & alerting – drive continuous improvement of monitoring and alerting across infrastructure and application environments

3. Lead infrastructure operations – manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including network, systems, storage, and virtualization/containerization platforms

4. Design network architecture – design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable network architecture

5. Deliver data centre projects – plan and execute data centre relocation, migration, and consolidation projects, including capacity planning, rack/power/cabling coordination, and cutover scheduling

6. Maintain critical documentation – prepare and maintain accurate documentation on IT assets, network diagrams, system configurations, and DR/BCP procedures

7. Work closely with customers – liaise with customers’ IT personnel to identify problems, propose solutions, and advise on infrastructure design

8. Provide hands‑on support – provide call support and on‑site support whenever necessary

9. Manage incidents effectively – document and track incidents with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions

10. Support business continuity – provide occasional after‑office‑hours and weekend support when required (off in lieu provided)

11. Contribute where needed – take on any other tasks assigned as part of infrastructure and operational support

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Network Engineering

• Strong hands‑on experience with:

  • RHEL

  • Firewalls

  • Routers

  • Switches

  • Hypervisor / containerization platforms

• Solid experience in network design and setup, including:

  • VLAN

  • IPSec VPN

  • SD-WAN

  • Routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP

• Proven experience in data centre relocation, migration, or consolidation projects is strongly preferred

• Able to work independently, lead initiatives, and take ownership of infrastructure projects

• Willing to provide call support, on‑site support, and occasional after‑hours/weekend support when required

Bonus Points If You Have

• RHCSA / RHCE certification

• Working experience in CI/CD implementation

• Working experience with Oracle and MySQL databases

• Working experience in a Financial Services environment

• Experience with data centre relocation / migration projects
