Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore seeks an experienced IT engineering professional to own vendor relationships, manage contracts, and configure IT systems using Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace and Cloudflare.

You will evaluate new tools, run supplier assessments, and lead projects autonomously within a small high-ownership team, including IT on-call duties and collaboration with IT Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role in SaaS-heavy, regulated environments.
• Experience with modern IT stacks in regulated environments, especially SaaS, identity, and endpoint platforms.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts—evaluation, procurement, renewal, and negotiation.
• Able to work autonomously and deliver projects with minimal senior management input while collaborating with the team.
• Comfortable in a small, high-ownership team.
• Experience in financial services or crypto/digital assets.
• Familiarity with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, or Cloudflare Zero Trust.
• Experience with ITSM tooling (JSM or similar).
• Curious, autonomous, highly motivated and results-driven.
• Strong maths and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities
