Qualifications

• Hands-on coordination between business and IT teams across locations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements.
• Experience in SDLC and software testing lifecycle.
• Banking sector domain knowledge.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with project stakeholders to define detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into solutions with Development teams.
• Prepare and communicate functional documentation.
• Plan and execute qualification strategies and tests.
• Identify test data required to complete tests.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) before UAT.
• Steer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report status to stakeholders.
• Report risks and issues to the project manager.
• Deliver tested products on time up to production deployment.
• Provide L2/L3 production support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
