Job summary

Success IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical teams in delivering software solutions. You will elicit requirements, prepare functional specs, use cases and test plans, and coordinate testing activities with the QA team.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and supporting project plans to ensure on-time delivery up to production deployment. Candidates with SDLC/UAT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent.
• Typically 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC processes and experience with UAT.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs, elicit and document requirements, and bridge business and technical teams.
• Liaise with IT teams and business users to analyze information needs and functional requirements; deliver specs, use cases, test strategy, and test cases.
• Prepare, maintain and communicate the functional documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to transform requirements into solutions.
• Plan and execute SIT testing with QA; deliver tested products on time up to production deployment.
• Support UAT and assist project planning, schedules, and milestones.
