Job summary

Dyson is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead analysis across Global Supply Chain initiatives within Dyson IT. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions spanning planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.

With 8+ years in enterprise IT environments and strong BA competencies, you will contribute to transformation programmes and guide delivery teams through requirements, design, and validation while mentoring junior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise IT.
Experience across Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics or ERP.
Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA are advantageous.
Experience with large-scale transformation programmes and global deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with global stakeholders.
Analyse processes to identify optimisation, automation and standardisation.
Produce BRDs, user stories, process maps, and traceability matrices.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Support testing, UAT, and business validation.
Mentor junior BAs and improve BA methodologies.
