Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of BA experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, onboarding and CLM processes.
• Experience with SDLC and IT project delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities.
• PMP or equivalent project certification is an advantage.
• Fenergo or other CLM platforms knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and system specs.
• Analyse data models and mapping to interfaces and reports.
• Analyse functional requirements and determine system configurations.
• Support solution design and project planning activities.
• Prepare SIT and UAT test scenarios and cases.
• Coordinate testing and issue resolution across regional teams.
• Support project documentation and traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in stakeholder workshops and project meetings.
