Job summary

Unknown Bank (Singapore) seeks a Project Manager/Business Analyst to drive AML/KYC initiatives within its FCC division. You will bridge business stakeholders, IT, and operations to deliver data-driven AML/KYC solutions and enhance TM systems.

You will lead regulatory-aligned projects, develop plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery across global platforms. Strong BA background in banking and data mapping is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on data mapping, source-to-target lineage and data validation.
• Understanding of AML/KYC processes and transaction monitoring.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Experience supporting UAT, test planning, execution and defect triage.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, operations and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure) for AML/KYC system upgrades and regulatory implementations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress against milestones and manage risks/issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, Legal, IT Development, and Data Architecture.
• Ensure project deliverables meet regulatory deadlines and align with enterprise risk appetite.
• Define User Stories, functional specifications, and use cases for internal engineering squads.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends in suspicious activity, false positives, and bottlenecks.
• Define data mapping requirements for KYC attributes, transaction data, and client risk scoring.
