Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead and execute IT audit assignments within the Internal Audit Branch. You will oversee outsourced IT audits, contribute to audit transformation initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement IT controls and improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of cyber security, cloud security, data analytics, and governance, with the ability to guide teams and communicate findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT discipline or equivalent.
• CISA and cloud security certs preferred.
• 8+ years in IT audit/compliance; cyber security and cloud security knowledge.
• Experience leading audits and using data analytics in fieldwork.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT audits of programs and systems with safety and security focus.
• Develop IT audit workplan with stakeholders.
• Supervise IT audit procedures, risk assessments, and testing.
• Manage outsourced IT audits including VAPT and engagements.
• Prepare executive summaries and reports for Audit Committee.
• Monitor status of past IT audit issues and report progress.
• Recommend improvements to IT security, governance, and risk processes.
• Coordinate with DXD/IT and system owners to minimize disruption.
