Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in IT, business admin, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of IT administration, procurement support, or service desk coordination.
• Working knowledge of IT procurement processes, vendor coordination, and license management.
• Familiarity with end‑user computing environments and Microsoft 365 services is advantageous.
• Strong documentation discipline, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a service‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end IT procurement: requests, POs, quotations, and deliveries.
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, terms, renewals, warranties, and service deliverables.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor master data for audit readiness.
• Support contract administration, including filing, renewal tracking, and follow‑ups.
• Prepare spend and procurement status reports for management review.
