Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Investment Solutions Specialist to drive fund advisory and distribution across our North Asian client franchise, partnering with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors to originate and position ideas across public and private markets.

You will lead fundraising efforts, train frontline teams, shape product strategy with investment teams, and maintain awareness of market trends to engage UHNW clients in Greater China.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund sales and distribution, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships with private bankers and investment counsellors.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of alternatives (private markets, hedge funds) and fundraising cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive fund penetration and revenue by positioning public and private market strategies to UHNW clients.
• Deepen relationships with relationship managers and investment counsellors through product training and client presentations.
• Own product positioning and narrative to translate market views into actionable client ideas.
• Lead fundraising efforts with client meetings, roadshows and events.
• Deliver high‑impact training to frontline teams to strengthen product conviction and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product/investment teams to shape strategy and GTM approach.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor positioning and client sentiment.
