Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced Investment Solutions Specialist to drive fund advisory and distribution across our North Asian client franchise, with a focus on Greater China.

You will partner with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors to originate, position, and execute ideas across public and private markets. The role requires deep knowledge of the fund landscape, a proven ability to build internal stakeholder relationships, and a track record of achieving sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in fund sales and distribution within private banking.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and drive sales targets.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with alternatives (private markets, hedge funds) and fundraising cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive fund penetration and revenue by positioning mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and private credit to UHNW clients.
• Deepen relationships with relationship managers and investment counsellors through training, market updates, and client presentations.
• Own product positioning and narrative to translate market views into actionable client ideas and portfolios.
• Lead fundraising efforts with client meetings, roadshows and targeted events.
• Deliver training to frontline teams to strengthen product conviction and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product and investment teams to shape strategy and go-to-market.
