Job summary

DBS Asia Hub is seeking an AVP, Investment Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end post-trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations across broker and custodian networks in Global Financial Markets Operations.

You will lead exception handling, regulatory reporting, and SOP improvements, working with stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and data accuracy in a fast-paced banking operations environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations experience in banking/financial services.
• Familiarity with trade lifecycles, corporate actions, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Monitor SLA commitments and escalate reconciliation breaks.
• Support regulatory reporting (SFC, GSIB, exposure data).
• Assist in SOP reviews and change management.
