DBS Asia Central in Singapore is seeking a Product Support professional to back the Front Office in delivering timely client investment transactions and robust trade support.

You will coordinate across asset classes, perform pre-trade checks, and maintain clear trade records, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

The role offers exposure to structured products, FX, equities and fixed income within a leading wealth management franchise, with opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial markets, dealing, or portfolio advisory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Solid knowledge across FX, Equities, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives, structured products, funds and private equity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• CACS Paper 1 & 2 required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute client investment transactions across structured products and alternative investments.

• Manage end-to-end trade execution workflows: pricing, pre-trade checks, and trade records.
• Provide execution support for structured product transactions and indicative pricing requests.
• Maintain audit-ready records of all executed trades.
• Provide continuity of service during gaps in Investment Counsellors.
• Identify improvements in execution processes and controls.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects.

Purpose

This role offers a unique journey into the investment world, providing essential support to our Front Office team and ensuring seamless service for our clients. You will contribute to the efficiency and excellence of investment activities, paving the way for significant career growth within DBS.

Responsibilities

• Execute client investment transactions accurately and efficiently across Structured Products and Alternative Investments for non-tagged PB & TPC accounts.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office to ensure timely and precise execution of client instructions.
• Manage end-to-end trade execution workflows, including pricing, pre-trade checks, voice log and trade execution.
• Support indicative pricing requests and provide execution support for structured product transactions, ensuring alignment with market conditions and internal guidelines.
• Perform rigorous pre-trade checks to ensure completeness of client suitability, and adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements prior to execution.
• Communicate key product features, risks, and execution-related information to clients where required, in accordance with approved communication standards.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of executed trades, ensuring audit readiness.
• In addition, this role also provides execution coverage and continuity of service in the absence of Investment Counsellors.
• Identify and drive improvements in execution processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Support ad hoc tasks, work projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial markets, dealing, or portfolio advisory
• Strong understanding of and keen interest in financial and investment markets
• Solid knowledge across multiple asset classes, including FX, Equities, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives, Structured Products, Funds, and Private Equity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment
• CACS Paper 1 & 2 is required for the role
