Job summary

Keppel (Infrastructure Division) seeks an experienced investment professional to identify and evaluate opportunities in data centre and digital infrastructure. You will own due diligence, financial modelling, deal analytics, and documentation, coordinating with external advisors and internal committees.

The role involves developing asset management initiatives aligned with the investment thesis, supporting exit planning, and contributing as a core deal team member across multiple transactions

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in top-tier fund manager, private equity, or investment banking.
• Experience in data centre or digital infrastructure investments is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modelling and transaction execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Structure, assess and negotiate transactions; manage due diligence and deal analytics.
• Coordinate with external advisors (financial, legal, technical, tax).
• Prepare investment analyses and materials for approval processes.
