Job summary

Wellington Management invites applications for a Senior Investment Compliance Analyst role in Singapore. The successful candidate will support investment teams to ensure transactions comply with client guidelines and regulatory requirements, review agreements, and maintain the guideline monitoring system Sentinel.

You will provide real-time pre-trade support with investors, resolve post-trade exceptions, and collaborate with global teams while developing deep knowledge of investment strategies

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equity and fixed-income products and derivatives.
• Experience in guideline monitoring, investment operations or compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support investment teams to ensure transactions and holdings comply with client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Review investment management agreements, evaluate client guidelines, and maintain the guideline monitoring system Sentinel.
• Provide real‑time pre‑trade support with investors and resolve post‑trade exception incidents generated from Sentinel.
• Collaborate with Guideline Monitoring Analysts, Global Relationship Teams, Product Management, and Portfolio Management.
• Develop a deep understanding of investment strategies relative to client guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Self‑starter, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and controls conscious.
