Job summary

Wise Payments is seeking an Internal Audit Senior Manager to lead the non-financial Risk & Regulatory portfolio in Singapore. You will oversee delivery of internal audits, collaborate with internal and external partners, and drive governance, risk management, and internal controls improvements.

You will develop audit plans, assess risks, and supervise team activities while delivering high-quality audit outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clear knowledge of non-financial risks and regulatory processes in payments/fintech.
• Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks for payments.
• 8+ years in assurance, risk or control roles.
• Professional qualification: CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIA/CISA.
• Experience in regulated environments, fintech or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of the internal audit assurance framework.
• Develop continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
• Develop the annual audit plan for the non-financial Risk & Regulatory domain.
• Deliver audits per the audit plan to ensure timely outcomes.
• Support in building a strong self-sufficient internal audit team.
• Monitor implementation of Internal Audit recommendations.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Travel to meet objectives as needed.
