Job summary

Wise is seeking an Internal Audit Manager (FinCrime) in Singapore to lead the FinCrime audit program within Wise Internal Audit. You will plan, supervise and deliver financial crime audits, testing control design and operating effectiveness, and validate issue resolutions across global business units.

You will develop and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, drive governance improvements, and mentor a growing internal audit team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in assurance, risk or control roles.
• Led others to deliver high quality audits or projects including testing of controls.
• Professional qualification in CAMS, CFE, ICA, CIA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and supervise financial crime internal audits.
• Complete tests of design and operating effectiveness and oversee team members.
• Perform issue validation testing and design testing of improvements.
• Deliver audits per plan and drive timely, relevant outcomes.
• Monitor implementation of recommendations and measure improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
