Job summary

meztec construction pte. ltd. is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate and oversee the progress of interior fit-out works on site in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to address project requirements and ensure smooth execution. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and project management skills, the ability to work independently under tight schedules, and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out works.
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and perform under tight project schedules.
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and be able to drive for work-related purposes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the overall progress of works on site.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate and liaise with all project stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
• Monitor, coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure works follow schedules, specifications and requirements.
• Plan and arrange material requisitions in advance for each phase of the project.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
