Job summary

FALCON INCORPORATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects across hospitality, commercial and retail sectors. You will supervise site teams, read drawings, plan schedules and coordinate with subcontractors to keep work on track.

You will attend regular site meetings, report progress, and ensure smooth handovers with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong leadership, coordination skills and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in interior fit-out management and site coordination.
• Ability to read detailed drawings and understand construction plans.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality, commercial and retail building submissions.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and maintain reporting/documentation.
• Proven track record of completed projects.
• Strong leadership, reliability and decisiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and internet communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a project team of site staff, workers and sub-contractors.
• Read drawings and understand construction plans.
• Plan, coordinate and execute interior fit-out work.
• Prepare and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Report project status and take actions to keep progress on schedule.
• Coordinate with sales, commercial teams, clients, contractors and in-house factories for handovers.
